How do I book a medicines review?
You can book directly through our website in 'Our Services' page and then by clicking on the service you require.
Are consultations in person or online?
Currently, all consultations are online via secure video or phone call.
How long does a consultaion take?
This depends on the complexity of your medications. Please have a look at 'Our Services' to give you some more information.
Can I change the date and time of my consultation?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment once free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Any further rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation fees. Please ensure you make any changes more than 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid losing your booking fee. For full details, please see our Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
What happens after the consultation?
You will receive a summary of recommendations and advice on next steps, including whether a prescription or follow-up is needed. Additionally, you will receive some digital products to help you along with understanding your medications and the outcome of the consultaion.

How much does a medicines review cost?
Pricing depends on the type of review (basic, standard or comprehensive). Please see 'Our Services' page for current rates.
How can I pay for my consultation?
Payments are securely handled online via card at the time of booking.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, the price you see at booking is the orice you pay. Any additional services will be discussed before proceeding.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
Yes, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, to be entitled to a refund. Please note that Stripe’s payment processing fees and a small administrative charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, no refund will be given.
What if I miss my appointment?
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, this will be treated as a late cancellation. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and a new booking will be required if you wish to reschedule.
Do you make exceptions?
We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer an additional reschedule or partial credit at our discretion. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, all consultations and records are securely handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the common law duty of confidentiality.
Can I discuss sensitive health issues?
Absolutely, as healthcare professionals we have a duty to respect and maintain an individuals confidentiality and privacy. All discussions are strictly private and confidential.
What if I have an urgent medication issue?
If your situation is urgent or life-threatening, contact your GP or call 999. Our consultations are not for emergencies.
General & Follow up
Do we receive a follow-up after the consultation?
As part of your consultation, we check in with you 48 hours later to make sure you’re on track and answer any quick questions. You’ll also have a 7-day follow-up window where you can reach out if you need clarification. After this, we’ll close the consultation, but you can always book another follow up or medicines review appointment if you need further support.
How often should I have a medicines review?
We recommend a review every 3 to 6 months depending on the complexity of your medications or whenever there is a significant change in your medications or health.
Do you provide ongoing medication management?
At this moment, we are focusing on one-off medication reviews. Further services may include ongoing management.
Can I get a copy of my consultation summary?
Yes, a digital copy of your summary will be provided after each consultation.
