How do I book a medicines review?

You can book directly through our website in 'Our Services' and then by clicking on the review you would like to receive.

What if my question is urgent?

If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to your nearesrt A&E. Our contact page is not for urgent medical situations.

Can I provide feedback or suggestions?

What is the cancellation policy?

Yes, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, to be entitled to a refund. Please note that Stripe’s payment processing fees and a small administrative charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
