Most services focus on isolated symptoms; we take a whole-person approach. That’s why we offer personalised consultations, structured follow-ups, and guidance shaped around your medicines, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
Yes. Our pharmacy is regulated by the GPhC, and all medicines are sourced through licensed UK suppliers. Your prescriber will always be registered with the GPhC, GMC, or NMC, ensuring safe and accountable care. You can view our full regulatory and registration details at the bottom of the page.
Simply complete a short form for your chosen service and programme and book an online consultation at a time that suits you. A UK-registered prescriber will discuss your goals, assess your needs, and create a personalised treatment plan if appropriate.
All clinical treatments and personalised plans are obtained after an online consultation. If clinical treatment is approved, it is supplied directly by the Kairos Pharmacy team and carefully packaged and dispatched to you.
Consultation fees cover the clinical assessment and are separate from the cost of any prescribed treatment or medicines.
Following your consultation, you’ll have a 14-day follow-up period during which you can freely book a follow-up appointment if you have questions or if you're suffering from side-effects and may require supportive treatment.
Through our programmed clinics, medicines supplied following a consultation are typically dispatched after approval and arrive within 72 hours. Free delivery is included for programmed clinic services, with next-day delivery available for selected services and packages.
Pharmacy medicines, supplements, and other non-clinical items are dispatched separately and qualify for free delivery on orders over £35.
