01. What is Kairos Health?
Part of House of Kairos, Kairos Health is a collective of healthcare, pharmacy, and wellness services built on one belief: medicine should serve your life, not define it. We combine clinical expertise, prescribing clinicians, and holistic care to help you move beyond symptom management toward real health change.
02. How is Kairos Health different from a typical online pharmacy or clinic?
We don’t just issue prescriptions - we build continuity. Every consultation includes personalised follow-up, progress check-ins, and recommendations that look at the whole picture: your medicines, your habits, and your goals.
03. Is Kairos Health regulated?
Yes. All services are provided by a UK-registered independent prescriber. Our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and our prescribing clinicians are or will be registered with the GPhC, GMC, or NMC where applicable.
04. How do you ensure safety and quality of care?
Your care is always handled safely, confidentially, and with complete discretion. Every treatment follows national medical guidance and UK standards, including NICE and MHRA recommendations. Medicines are prescribed only when safe and appropriate. All personal information is protected under GDPR and treated with the highest level of privacy. We regularly review how we work to make sure every part of our service remains safe, accurate, and professional.
05. What services do you offer?
We provide online clinical consultations and private prescribing services covering areas such as minor conditions, skin health, men’s health, and medication management. Where approved, we also dispense and deliver the prescribed treatments directly to your door. As our team grows, additional specialist services will be introduced.
06. How do I get started?
You can start by completing a short pre-questionnaire depending on your chosen service. You will then be able to book an online initial consultation with a pharmacist prescriber at a date and time that suits your needs. During the consultation, they will discuss your goals, your history and what matters to you. We only prescribe where clinically appropriate, and all prescriptions are issued by a qualified UK prescriber.

Pharmacy & Prescriptions

Our pharmacy team ensures your medicines are prescribed and prepared safely, ethically, and in line with UK regulations. Every order is clinically reviewed by a qualified prescriber, dispensed by a registered pharmacy, and checked for quality and accuracy before it reaches you.

01. Can I order prescription medicines directly from Kairos Health?
Yes - after a short pre-questionnaire and an online consultation with one of our clinicians. We only prescribe where clinically appropriate, and all prescriptions are issued by qualified UK prescribers.

Consultations & Services

Your consultation is more than a form – it’s a conversation about your health. We take the time to understand your needs and recommend safe, evidence-based treatments. From common conditions to specialist care, all services are delivered by a UK-registered clinician with the right expertise.

01. What conditions do you treat?
We provide private consultations for a wide range of conditions - from skin and hair concerns to men's health, weight management and minor illness reviews.
02. Are your consultations online or in person?
Currently, all consultations are online or by phone/video.
03. What happens after my consultation?
You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan, and your prescribed medicines (if any) will be delivered directly to your door. We’ll follow up within 72 hours to check in on you, and you also have a 14 day window to reach out to us if needed via a private link after the consultation.
04. Can I get a repeat prescription?
Kairos Health do not routinely offer repeat prescriptions. However, if your prescriber determines it’s safe and appropriate to provide more than the usual supply then this is accepted. Additionally, some services provide packages where you’ll receive refills pending a consultation and approval from your prescriber.

Delivery, Packaging & Returns

We make sure every order reaches you quickly, safely, and discreetly. Medicines are prepared with care, packaged securely, and delivered within 72 hours of approval. From eco-conscious materials to trackable delivery, every step is designed to protect your privacy and ensure peace of mind.

01. How long does delivery take?
Medicines supplied following a consultation are typically dispatched after approval and arrive within 72 hours, with next-day delivery available for selected services and packages.

Pharmacy medicines, supplements, and other non-clinical items are dispatched separately and take 3-5 days standard. Next-day deliery is also avaible for a fee.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weekends or public holidays.
02. Is delivery free?
Medicines supplied following a consultation include free delivery, with next-day delivery available for selected services and packages.

Pharmacy medicines, supplements, and other non-clinical items qualify for free delivery on orders over £35.
03. How do you package orders?
All orders are sent in discreet, eco-conscious packaging - with branded touches that reflect our standard of care.
04. Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched
05. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 working days, contact our support team - we’ll trace it promptly.
06. Can I return medicines?
For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once dispatched. As a result, we aren't able to provide a refund once your treatment is dispatched. If you have unwanted products, the safest way to dispose of them is by taking them to your local pharmacy. Supplements and non-medicinal items may be eligible for returns within 14 days if unopened.

Payments & Privacy

We use secure, encrypted systems to process payments and protect your personal information. Your data is handled in full compliance with GDPR and UK healthcare regulations. We never share your details without consent, and every transaction is protected to the highest standard.

01. How do I pay for services or medicines?
We accept secure online payments by major debit/credit cards.
02. Are my details safe?
Yes - all personal and medical data are encrypted and stored securely, in full compliance with UK GDPR and healthcare data regulations.
03. Do you share my data with anyone?
Only with your consent, and only for legitimate healthcare purposes - such as sharing prescriptions with your GP.

Follow-Up & Support

Your care doesn’t end after you receive your medicine. Our team is always available for advice, reassurance, or next steps if you need ongoing support.

01. How can I contact Kairos Health?
You can reach us via our Contact Form and by selecting a category from the dropdown (Clinic, Pharmacy, Delivery, General, etc.). Alternatively, you can contact us via our telephone line.
02. What if I have a question about my treatment?
You can message your clinician securely through your patient portal or contact us directly - we aim to respond within 24 hours.
03. Do you offer urgent care?
No, we are not an emergency service. For urgent issues, please contact NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency.
04. Will you check in with me after treatment?
Yes - continuity of care is at the heart of what we do. After your consultation, you’ll receive a check-in from us within 72 hours. You also have a 14-day follow-up period to reach out to us for support or alternative if needed.

Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling

01. Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
Yes, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please cancel no more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be entitled to a refund. Please note that Stripe’s payment processing fees and a small administrative charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, no refund will be given.
02. What if I miss my appointment?
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, this will be treated as a late cancellation. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and a new booking will be required if you wish to reschedule.
03. Do you make exceptions?
We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer an additional reschedule or partial credit at our discretion. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
