These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by House of Kairos trading as Kairoshealth.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing medicines, or using any of our clinical or advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kairos Health is a UK-based private pharmacy and healthcare provider regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

2. Scope of Services

Kairos Health provides private healthcare and pharmacy services, including:

    • Sale of General Sale List (GSL) medicines via our website
    • Supply of Pharmacy (P) medicines following pharmacist assessment
    • Supply of Prescription Only Medicines (POMs following online clinical consultation and prescribing
    • Online and remote consultations delivered through secure platforms (including Semble)
    • Structured clinics, including weight management, skin health, hair and scalp health, men’s health, minor illness, and medication reviews
    • Medicines advice and medicines optimisation services

Our services:

  • Are provided privately and are not NHS services
  • Do not provide emergency or urgent medical care
  • Are based on the information you provide during consultations and questionnaires

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • 18 years or older
  • Be resident in the United Kingdom
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Accounts & Registration

Some services may require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use or suspected security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

5. Consultations, Prescribing, and Medicines Supply

5.1 Clinical Assessments

  • All consultations and prescribing decisions are based on the information you provide
  • You must complete all medical questionnaires truthfully and fully
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in refusal of treatment or supply

5.2 Supply of Medicines

  • GSL medicines may be purchased directly via the website
  • P medicines are supplied only following pharmacist assessment
  • POMs are supplied only where a prescriber determines they are clinically appropriate
  • We reserve the right to decline supply where it is unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful

6. Appointments, Payments, and Billing

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers [Stripe via Semble]. We do not store your card details.

Appointment confirmations and receipts will be issued electronically

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

We may adjust prices from time to time, but you will always be charged the price at the time of booking.

6. Patient Information and Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health and personal information
  • Inform us of any changes to your medical condition or medicines
  • Follow clinical advice provided, or seek clarification where required
  • You acknowledge that failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the safety and effectiveness of care.
  • You consent to the storage and processing of your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Clinical Advice & Limitations

Our recommendations are based on professional guidelines, and current clinical standards.

Outcomes cannot be guranteed

We cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes if information you have provided is incomplete or misleading.

Our clinicians may recommend you consult another healthcare provider for additional assessment or care.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or treatments

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or platform may link to third-party services:

  • Clinical and booking systems e.g., Semble
  • Payment processors
  • Delivery and courier services

We do not control their privacy practices; please review their policies before use.

Your data is shared with third parties only where necessary and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website content, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to House of Kairos.
